Managing a Foods Lab can be very chaotic and stressful at times. Participants will learn many strategies geared towards managing labs, including an apron color system and lab plans that are universal to any recipe. Reading is also a critically important skill that all students need to practice. Learn about how the Fun Foods Reading program has helped students at Rolling Meadows High School.
